Garfield Park Conservatory is one of my favorite spots in the city for portrait sessions but, unfortunately, a hail storm several months ago did some major damage to the glass panes in a couple of the rooms. I’m thrilled that it is up and running again and that those rooms have reopened to the public. I was waiting for clients to meet me there a few weeks ago and snapped a couple of images in the entry room. I’m thinking that once things slow down in the new year, I’ll have to go back and get some more detailed shots – there so much to see there!
